A booking is not confirmed until a deposit of £50 is paid. The
deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, or any other
circumstances, but may be used for an
alternative date.

It is recommended that you purchase some kind of Holiday Insurance to
cover your personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, etc. This

Outstanding Balances must be received 8 weeks before the commencement of
the holiday. Should the holiday be cancelled prior to payment of the
outstanding balance, only the sum of £50 will be forfeited. If the holiday is
cancelled less than 7 days of the holiday commencement date, then the total
charge will be payable. This remains entirely at our discretion.

If the balance is not paid by the due date which is normally 8 weeks prior
to your holiday arrival date we will re-advertise and you will forfeit your
deposit. Any other charges/refund will be at our discretion.

Payments can be made by Credit/Debit Card,
Cheque, Postal Order or Cash. Payments can now also be made at your local
Post Office using the special bar code on your booking invoice.

If you make your booking On-Line, and pay by
Credit/Debit Card, your payment will be debited once you have completed your
booking.
|

Personal Information gathered during the process of Booking & payment will
only be used by Seaview Caravan Holidays and our Credit Card Processing
company to fulfill the terms of the order as detailed in these terms and
conditions. All information will be stored securely and will never be shared
with a third party.

Immediately upon successful payment you will receive an automated receipt
from our systems. Please print an retain a copy of this in a safe place for
future reference. Your unique Transaction Reference number will be on this
receipt and should be used for any enquiries to us.

Once we receive your payment we will send you a Booking form and
Confirmation Letter via Royal Mail to the address given
|

Seaview Caravan Holidays will respond to all enquires within 2 business

We are unable to accept bookings from: -
- Groups of persons of all one sex
- Groups under 21 years of age as the Holiday Parks are a Family Holiday Parks
and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons
on the park will be asked to leave.

The hirer of the caravan must be age 25 or older and must be present
during the occupancy of the caravan.
|
 |
NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN ANY OF THE CARAVANS

The Caravan and surrounding area must be kept clean at all times.
|
 |
The caravan must be left clean and tidy on departure. The hirer is
responsible for all members of the party. Any Losses, breakages or damage done
to the caravan or its contents during their stay, must be paid for or replaced
with the same item.

Please remove any dirty footwear when entering the caravan.
|
 |
The Caravans are supplied with Duvets & Pillows, you are required to take
your own bedding, Duvet Covers, Pillow Cases and Bed Sheets, unless you have
purchased our linen pack.

The caravans are private caravans and do not belong to the holiday park.
Please look after and respect the use of it and treat it as your own.
|

Bookings are from 4pm on the date of arrival until 10am on the date of
departure. Details for collection of the keys and club passes will be given
when final payment has been received.

You will be required to confirm that you have read and understood these
terms and conditions when making your booking & payment online.

If you do cancel your holiday, the refund will be made by the method that
you paid for your holiday, less the £50 Deposit, unless you cancel within 7
Days of the holiday commencement date then no refund will be given as we may not be able to re-advertise within
that short time. As stated above, you are advised to take out some kind of
Holiday Insurance.

If you do have to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing. The
date of cancellation is the day when we receive written notification. In the
event of cancellation, a sliding scale of charges applies as laid out below.
If you cancel more than 56 days (eight weeks) before your start date, then
your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel within 56 days (eight weeks) you
will be liable for the following percentages of the total Holiday cost: -
Cancel 56-42 days before holiday start date: 50%
Cancel 41-21 days before holiday start date: 75%
Cancel 20-day of arrival or later: 100%

Should the situation arise that you wish to change your holiday booking
date (subject to availability) or to add extra members to your party or any
other amendment an administration charge of £25 will be required.
